Jessica Harvey, born September 5, 1984, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, has always had a passion for marine life. Growing up, she traveled with her renowned marine biologist father, Guy Harvey, and developed a deep understanding of the ocean's ecosystems. She later pursued higher education in this field, earning degrees in marine biology and conservation.

Career and Advocacy

Harvey has dedicated her career to researching and advocating for marine conservation. She has worked with numerous organizations, including the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation and the Sharks4Kids program. Her work focuses on studying the behaviour and ecology of marine species, particularly sharks, and raising awareness about the importance of ocean conservation.

In a surprising turn of events, Harvey recently discovered through a DNA test that she is not biologically related to her father, Mike Galloway. This revelation has sparked widespread discussion about the complexities of family relationships and the power of DNA testing.

Current Work

Harvey continues to make significant contributions to the field of marine biology. She holds the position of Executive Director of Research Advocacy at the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation and practices as a physician assistant at the Back Spine Clinic and Pain Management at Ochsner Health.
